A simple physical movement of moving across a pedestrian
footbridge is artificially reconstructed through the assemblage of
video footage taken from static cameras. Edited together frame
by frame, the resulting fabrication presents a continuity that both holds true and is revealed as absurd. The false flow
of the juxtaposed images and associated sound files produce a rhythmic
structure that is subsequently dramatised through the addition of musical overdubs resulting in a parodic overlay of sound and image that resembles the overblown theatrics of many movie trailers.
